In addition to our Editorial and Mobile divisions, TEAMtalk media ’s office also houses an award-winning Customer Service team for the Sky’s online gaming websites, such as SkyBet.com, SkyPoker.com, SkyVegas.com and SkyBingo.com.
After starting with just an inbound call centre in 2005 that was manned by a staff of six, we have grown and incorporated an outbound call centre and now employ 25 people operating in shifts around the clock, headed up by Moeneba Khan, who has 25 years of call centre experience including roles at MMI Holdings (formerly Momentum) and Data Cash.
Performance management is done on a monthly basis based on the direct feedback submitted by customers. The team prides itself on a four-hour turn-around time on emails, a 30-second wait on live chat and just ten seconds on answering calls.
Additional services are now provided by the outbound services team, who convert 51% of new customers to our database, increasing company revenue to our client – Sky Betting and Gaming.
